Yoga-Ayurveda Healing Cottage (Still Water Retreats)

Led by Gacheke Simons , the Yoga-Ayurveda  Healing Cottage combines the  practice of Ashtanga yoga, Ayurveda and Pranic  healing as a holistic approach to health and longevity . These sciences and their benefits have in recent times become better known and spread more widely from India to the Western countries, However in this region they are known and practiced by very few. This is especially the case with Ayurveda and Pranic healing. Gacheke is currently extending Ayurveda and Pranic healing to the East and Southern  African regions including Kenya , Zambia and Mozambique.

Participants in these retreats will experience a beautiful, healing integration of yoga, Ayurveda and Pranic work in the tranquillity of Nahyeeni Lodge on Inhaca island and the Indian ocean.
